In the important position for the company as project manager HKLS (m/w/d), you are the first contact person for the customer in all questions concerning HKLS in TGA projects and are responsible for the smooth implementation up to acceptance. You are professionally responsible for your area, have a large design space and take responsibility in a working environment that lives real appreciation.

Technical responsibility for the projecting of HKLS within complex TGA total projects and coordination with the other planned structures Planning and planning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities Comprehensive monitoring of the order processing from scale to audit to acceptance First contact for the customer during contract calls and award recommendations Construction monitoring, quality control, cost control and time monitoring

Successfully completed technical training in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) or studies in the fields of utility technology, energy and building technology, energy system technology, etc., ideally with a suitable vocational training to the plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and climate engineering Including experience in the design and planning of projects in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation (HKLS) Experience in the technical management of project teams is beneficial Secure use of MS Office and in handling tendering programs, basic knowledge in CAD Motivated, high-communication team player with safe appearance and a friendly, modest way
