Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator (m/f/d)

Construction and further development of an occupational safety management system with target direction ISO 45001 Responsibility for hazardous substances management, from the maintenance of the list of dangerous substances to the assessment of risks and derivation of appropriate protective measures Central coordination of work protection at our sites Function as internal contact:in for the topic and interface to the external specialist for occupational safety Monitoring and preparation and updating of risk assessments including consistent follow-up of measures Organisation and further development of instruction and training in cooperation with the specialist teams Advice and support of executives on all issues of occupational health and safety Implementation of appropriate measures to strengthen the company's health awareness Transfer of legal and normative requirements in practical and operational processes

Multiannual experience in operational work protection, in the HSE environment or in a comparable function – preferably in a production-oriented or technology-driven environment Practical understanding of occupational safety as an integral part of everyday work Ability to reconcile safety requirements with operational processes and to find viable solutions Ideally, expert knowledge in the handling of hazardous substances and experience in the production of hazard assessments according to hazardous substance regulation Structured, independent and reliable operation Ability to communicate clearly and motivate people as well as enjoy working with colleagues from all disciplines Interest in developing processes in interdisciplinary teams Solution-oriented and pragmatic handling of legal requirements
