With your friendly appearance and empathy, you make sure that our donors feel good at all times: ✓ You create a positive donor experience – value-estimating, service-oriented and with a view to a smooth process. ✓ After qualification and structured incorporation, you take on independent activities along the entire donation process (e.g. donor care, preparation and execution of the plasmapheresis as well as documentation). ✓ You work consistently according to hygiene, quality and safety requirements and carefully document all donation data. ✓ If necessary, you support in the team and after medical instruction in donation reactions

That's what you bring ✓ A completed training in the medical or nursing field (e.g. MFA, MTA, ZFA, nursing staff or nursing staff, emergency medical staff, midwife, physiotherapy (m/w/d) or comparable medical training). ✓ Kindness and empathy in dealing with people – you go open to others and create trust. ✓ Team spirit and enthusiasm - You like to work with others and contribute to a positive relationship. ✓ A careful, responsible way of working with high quality standards ✓ Basic computer skills. ✓ readiness to work in the shift and shift system within opening hours (Monday–Saturday).
