Head of object TGA m/w/d Location: Frankfurt am Main Reference number: 2026-0338 Working time: Full time

Technical guidance and personnel deployment planning of the object team Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object of the customer for complex technical installations Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Persecuting warranty issues

Technical training as e.g. electronics, energy plant electronics, electrical installer, plant mechanics heating air conditioning sanitation, ideally with several years of professional experience Optimum would be a further education as a technician, master, Bachelor, engineer - optimally in facility management and/or in technical building equipment, supply technology, heating-climate ventilation technology or electrical engineering Germanlevel at least C1, driving license class B Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Good quality and cost awareness as well as a high service orientation
