We, the SEG Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Wiesbaden mbH, are the development partner of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden for the tasks of urban planning project development. The SEG is a developer in particular, takes over different project development and construction orders from the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden as project taxer and manages its own property portfolio. With the urban development measure Ostfeld, we are developing one of the most important and sustainable urban development projects in the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden and the Rhine-Main metropolitan region – a new district with housing, infrastructure and quality of life for at least 10,000 inhabitants. Monitoring, controlling and controlling project budgets and ensuring economic project execution Creation of target-actual comparisons, forecasts and reports for internal and external stakeholders Auditing and processing of invoices, supplements and support in contract management Identification, assessment and follow-up of commercial risks within the projects Participation in the development and implementation of risk mitigation measures Interface coordination between commercial departments, project management and external project partners and service providers Support of project management in commercial matters and decision bases

Complete university studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project controlling or in commercial project management, ideally in the construction, real estate or infrastructure environment Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with project management and controlling software (e.g. SAP PS or MS Project) Analytical thinking and a structured and self-responsible way of working Expressed number affinity, sense of responsibility and economic understanding Communication and team skills as well as safe occurrence in exchange with internal and external project participants
