You support our customers in hardware issues and in the application of our digital products On-site, you will guide subscribers to our digital offerings and our further range You work independently and work closely with the central customer service You accept classified ads and reliably process them You advise customers and sell event tickets for regional and nationwide events via our ticket systems In addition, you take over reception activities at the Hamburg location and are responsible for assortment care, product presentation and inventory management

You have a successfully completed commercial training You can demonstrate sound knowledge and great interest in digital media and their functionalities In the service-oriented handling of customers, you convince by patience, a safe expression and a well-kept appearance It's easy for you to inspire people for technology and digital products and to understand your knowledge Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a safe handling of Microsoft 365 and SAP Hamburg knowledge, team spirit and time flexibility complete your profile
