KENNZIFFER 273 | 9271 The teams of special therapy provide care for patients in our research clinic at five stations, four day clinics and in the outpatient setting and currently include ergonomic, work and art-therapeutic offers. We are looking for a lead for our 17-member team with a focus on day clinics and ambulances.

Patient-related tasks Diagnostics, therapy and documentation as part of the special therapeutic treatment of patients with mental illnesses (therapy group/ individual/ initial interviews) Participation in patient and team-centric case meetings, interdisciplinary visits Representation Group therapies Treatment planning, implementation and reprocessing, documentation Pre- and post-preparation of the therapeutic and working rooms Material Care and Order Personnel management and development Participation in personnel planning and personnel selection in coordination with management level Onboarding, incorporating new employees Leading employee talks Service and holiday planning for your own team Training planning Team meetings/ JourFixe for the individual departments Internal case meetings, quality circles cooperation with specialised schools, training of trainees Further development, coordination & structuring of department/ department Close coordination and exchange with the occupational therapy team management of the clinic and the management of social services and therapeutic services Representation of the ergotherapy team management of the clinic Linking to research (optimization of documentation processes, with the aim of making treatment data available for research) Participation in the strategic development of the therapeutic offer in coordination with the management level of quality management and reporting Participation in the planning, introduction and optimization of specific software used in the clinic, e.g. Nexus/ SAP Project and Resource Responsibility Participation in the planning and control of projects for the further development of the technical offer Responsibility for the proper use of resources (material, spaces, ...)

(m/w/d) or completed studies of ergotherapy (B. Sc., M. Sc.) Joy in working with psychiatric patients Vocational experience in the psychiatric field of special therapy (ergotherapy, work therapy), ideally first practical guidance experience/ project experience Self-initiative and a high level of responsibility Basic knowledge of PPP-RL as well as very good PC skills (including Microsoft Office) You have sensitivity, the ability to change perspectives and are conflictable Teamability and great willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation German language skills in word and writing Interest in quantifying and linking parts of specialized therapy treatments
