Solution Architect and Subproject Manager

You're burning for challenges? The main task of Solution Architects (w/m/d) is to take responsibility for the entire SAP solution with regard to all customer processes requirements. The focus is on the integrative aspects of the SAP solution, the connection to the customer's IT strategy and the further orientation of the solution. You are therefore the link between the various specialist consultants:in one project and take responsibility for the inclusive and successful implementation of the core processes of the SAP solution. As Solution Architect (w/m/d), your career path keeps the roles of the Senior and Principal Solution Architect ready for you to grow into with increasing experience.

As Solution Architect and Project Manager:in (w/m/d) you are responsible for:

■ You advise our mid-level customers on their own responsibility, process-oriented and across the industry within the framework of SAP S/4HANA forward and introduction projects (reimplementations, conversions and selective data approaches). A focused orientation to one or more industries is also possible.

■ As Solution Advisor/Solution Architect (w/m/d), you design and model business processes and design the technical solutions and data models for efficient mapping of processes.

■ You support the project team's leadership on a professional level.

■ You know the solutions and products that are potentially relevant to the project as well as their integration points - ideally also on a technical level - and stay at the current level, especially in the SAP product portfolio.

■ You support the planning and coordination of the entire project development in cooperation with the project management - from the Prepare to the Explore and Realize phase to the Run phase and build the bridge to continuous innovation.

■ You accompany the synchronization and integrative work of the various project workstreams and create consistent and integrated solutions.

■ You support sales/presales, for example, in creating offers and customer presentations.

■ Depending on the project situation, you work locally with the customer, in one of our offices or in the home office.

Tell us about your potential! ■ You have at least three years of experience in SAP consulting, ideally in several modules/business fields, optionally also with industry focus.

■ Your competencies include the business, process-oriented view of integrated solutions as well as the technical integrative perspective.

■ Your approach is consistently more value-oriented and supports the strategies and visions of our customers.

■ You have experience in the technical management of subprojects or workstreams.

■ You already have experience in designing and implementing solutions based on the SAP product portfolio, in particular with S/4HANA as a core. Knowledge in the cloud/BTP environment is advantageous.

■ You are a key resource in projects for a specialist area or an industry and want to go to the next career step.

■ A very good communication skills in German and English as well as a professional appearance are your strengths.

■ Depending on the project situation, a two- to four-day readiness per week for customer use is of course for you.
