As a project manager in the Facility Solutions area, you are the key to the financial success of our projects. You take over the commercial process, optimize cost management and keep a close eye on the financial orientation of our projects. Their expertise in order processing, reporting and financial management is the engine that drives our economic success.

You will have the opportunity to create a flexible design of office presence and mobile work.

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

• Invoicing and receivable management to customers and entrepreneurs to ensure liquidity in the projects
• Implementation of project reporting (cost analysis nominal/actual comparison)
• Commercial order processing of projects in facility management
• Examination and approval of creditor accounts
• Basic commercial activities and general correspondence
• Contract-related participation in purchasing materials and subcontractors

Your profile - you should bring:

• Completed commercial training, for example as an industrial businessman or in related areas, as well as at least two years relevant professional experience
• Experience in the service sector and ideally knowledge in plant engineering or facility management would be advantageous.
• Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel) is assumed to be supplemented by desirable SAP skills
• Responsive, careful working and good skills to identify and solve problems
• Dynamic team player with fast conception and strong network competence
