For our location in Bremen, we are looking for order processing (gn).

In this position, you play a central role in order processing and ensure a smooth process from order acquisition to the invoice. With your structured operation and your service understanding, you are an important interface between customers, internal departments and external partners.

Your role in our team Creating and maintaining customer, order and inventory data in the EDV systems Examination of orders, invoices and delivery documents as well as clarification of quantities, delivery and payment differences Creation and maintenance of delivery plans and coordination with customers and suppliers Compilation of reports and statistical analyses (e.g. prices, quantities) Maintenance of sales prices and relevant master data settlement of travel expenses and customs and shipping formalities

Your profile Completed at least 3 years of vocational training or non-specialized training with multi-year relevant professional experience Very good German knowledge and good English skills Embossed service orientation and communication skills Independent, reliable and structured operation Very good knowledge of MS Office and user knowledge in an ERP system.
