As a Trainee Recruiting & Personal Development at IMAP, you will become a professional for the entire Candidate Journey and modern personnel development in 12 months. You help us find the best talents and accompany our colleagues in their development. These are your tasks: Recruiting support. You accompany the complete recruiting process – from the switching of attractive job advertisements, applicant management and appointment coordination. You learn how to inspire talents. Personnel development. You support us in the design and organisation of internal training as well as training and help us constantly improve our personal development strategy. Onboarding.
