As a Trainee Recruiting & Personal Development at IMAP, you will become a professional for the entire Candidate Journey and modern personnel development in 12 months. You help us find the best talents and accompany our colleagues in their development. These are your tasks: Recruiting support. You accompany the complete recruiting process – from the switching of attractive job advertisements, applicant management and appointment coordination. You learn how to inspire talents. Personnel development. You support us in the design and organisation of internal training as well as training and help us constantly improve our personal development strategy. Onboarding. You make sure that our new colleagues feel comfortable from day 1 by actively shaping the onboarding process and as a contact person:in alreadytehst. Employer Branding. You help us further strengthen our employer brand and make our special IMAP culture visible through different channels to the outside.

The right mixture of enthusiasm, structure and a large portion of curiosity is important to us. We are looking for a coherent overall package that ideally includes the following points: Enthusiasm for People Experience. You burn for personal topics and want to learn what modern HR management is. First practical experience through internships or work students activities is a plus, but no need. Communication talent. You are a challenge, have a winning appearance and joy in sharing with people – whether in writing, on the phone or in a personal conversation. Structured operation. You also keep track of many different tasks and projects, work carefully and draw your attention through your high reliability and strong self-organization. Own initiative. You see where support is needed, and you like to actively engage with your own ideas. Background. You are currently between Bachelor and Master, want to complete a year of practice during your studies, or have completed your studies/his training (focus on HR, psychology, BWL or comparable) just successfully.
