Plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) technician (m/f/d)

As a plant mechanic:in SHK you take on varied tasks relating to sanitary, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems and thus make an important contribution to the smooth operation of VGF and public transport in Frankfurt. You take responsibility for the maintenance of air-conditioning, heating and air-conditioning systems in all VGF properties You perform inspection, maintenance and repair work and ensure the optimization of energy-relevant operating parameters in your responsibility area With your expertise, you support new construction projects, accompany the progress of construction and represent the interests of future users

You have completed training as a plant mechanic:in sanitary, heating and climate engineering (SHK) and bring at least three years of professional experience in a relevant factory with You are qualified in the field of indoor air technology and ideally also in drinking water hygiene You have a sound knowledge of the maintenance of indoor air and heating technology You are well familiar with the maintenance-relevant rules Knowledge in measurement, control and control technology (MSR) and in building automation are advantageous You are ready to participate in our willingness to call and are characterised by team skills and strong communication skills For this position you bring very good German knowledge in word and writing
