PACE is a 100% participation of Axel Springer SE, Europe's leading digital publishing company and takes part in the group of the two business segments event management and gastronomy. As a gastronomic service provider of the Group, PACE takes over the entire area of employee catering for around 3,500 employees. This is done by demanding, healthy and fresh food concepts in the various restaurants. The bars and coffee shops offer a place and the opportunity to enjoy a culinary break or barista and pastries creations as part of small meetings. In addition, PACE provides high-quality and thematically matching event catering for events taking place at Axel Springer.

Under the guidance of the supervisors, you will produce all dishes according to the current menu. You can choose the recipes and work cost-consciously. You provide careful and professional storage and processing of all raw materials and products. You support your supervisor in creating goods requirements. You work with modern kitchen technology and care for proper handling of the work equipment. You adhere to the prescribed hygiene regulations and the relevant food laws, as well as safety regulations and safety measures.

You're a trained cook. You are interested in a modern, innovative kitchen with fresh products. You have first experience in dealing with modern kitchen techniques as well as the corresponding equipment. Ready-to-use, customer orientation and cost-oriented quality thinking are of course for you. You have fun on teamwork and are communicative. You want to educate yourself and show enthusiasm for your work.
