As an innovative and future-oriented company, Drees & Sommer is a solution provider for highly complex projects and an integral partner in the planning and realization of industrial sites in semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, chemistry, power plant and process engineering. The design of the technical facilities and buildings we provide in-house as well as all other services of the value chain of the project. In this role, you combine project management at large-scale project level with content close to infrastructure planning – from the early concept phase to implementation. We are looking for you for the project management infrastructure of highly complex and large-volume EPCM industrial construction projects. Here you take over the technical, organizational and economic overall responsibility for the infrastructure subproject over all phases of performance. Your location? You decide! Project management of infrastructure projects in challenging, large-volume EPC/EPCM construction projects in the industrial environment Generally responsible management of the infrastructure subproject in terms of dates, costs and quality in close coordination with the overall project management Coordination and professional guidance of all involved specialist planners and ensuring integral cooperation Central control of interfaces between infrastructure, architecture, structural planning, TGA and authorities structuring, evaluation and quality assurance of planning results over all phases of performance Control and monitoring of internal and external planning teams (without own planning performance) Contact persons for contractors, project participants and authorities over all phases of the project – from initiation to commissioning

Complete studies in civil engineering, economic engineering, infrastructure management, urban planning, transport, mobility management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management of infrastructure or industrial projects, ideally in the EPC/EPCM environment Understanding infrastructure planning, planning processes and complex interfaces No own planning required, but distinct ability to evaluate and control planning services Knowledge of relevant rules (HOAI, AHO, VOB, VgV) and experience in handling project control tools (e.g. MS Project) Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary planning teams and different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Willingness to project-related travel within Europe Impressed communication strength, decision-making and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
