Job description As Claims Manager Sachschaden (m/w/d) AXA you can expect exciting cases from the field of property insurance. Our spectrum ranges from simply stored water damage to millions of industrial fire damage. At the moment of truth, you are on the side of our client: you have the opportunity to work quickly and then constantly develop yourself. Because of flat hierarchies, you are in direct contact with all relevant stakeholders and can make independent decisions.

You are responsible for large and complex damages from the field of industrial, commercial and private property insurance (e.g. building, household/business content, business interruptions) You are part of an overarching team of Claims Managers and External Regulators who accompany the customer during the entire damage process Your tasks include the analysis of complex contracts You can actively contribute your ideas and power to internal and cross-border projects and contribute significantly to the transformation of the team and the AXA You negotiate with brokers, insurance companies and lawyers As a key accounter, you are a contact person for large customer connections

You have completed university studies - preferably legal or business - or completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance Ideally, you are already bringing forward experience in handling material damage - more importantly, you are a team player and you like the view over the edge of the plate You have a great technical understanding and also fun in understanding relationships and independent learning Safe handling of the current PC software (MS-Office) is not a problem for you Among your strengths is your strong communication talent - to third parties you convey complex topics (in word and writing) understandably and convincingly You have fun in shaping and optimizing work processes and topics with your ideas, as well as editing sub-areas independently in projects
