Our client is a very successful manufacturer in the metalworking industry. At the closest possible time, the owner-managed company is looking for a head of finance and accounting (m/w/d) with willingness to design, which feels at home in medium-sized structures.

In your responsible role as Head of Finance and Accounting (m/w/d), you and your three-member team take responsibility for the business management of the company. The noteworthiness of this task - within the next few months, you will be guided step by step to your area of responsibility.

Control and development of your team in the fields of accounting, controlling and purchasing & HR Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Contact person for external third parties such as tax consultants & auditors (m/w/d) Development of forecasts and business evaluations in direct cooperation with the management on site Modernisation and digitization of commercial business processes - also in the course of the introduction of a new ERP system

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics with a focus on finance, controlling or a comparable qualification, e.g. as an accounting officer, tax specialist or businessman (m/w/d) Experience in financial accounting, accounting in the field of HGB - ideally in the production environment Good knowledge of a accounting software / ERP system such as SAP, Navision, etc. Self-responsible working and team spirit, as well as a high quality awareness
