Distribution and management of our sales booths Acquises of locations for sales stands, in particular on parking spaces in front of supermarkets and public places Recruiting staff for our sales booths Candidate selection and communication Setting and onboarding sales personnel Operations planning of the sellers so that our sales stands are always covered at opening hours Personal needs planning and acquisition for our sales activities Negotiation of contracts with food retailers for sales stands

You have a background in trade or hotel, e.g. as a hotel business economist, business economist trade, trade professional, businessman for wholesale and foreign trade management, logistics or a similar qualification Impressed organizational strength, reliability and self-employment in work Ideal experience in direct marketing of agricultural products Experience in the acquisition of locations for sales stands Class B driving licence Empathy, communication strength in dealing with employees and business partners
