Team Leader Administrative Customs Clearance (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately nine employees distributed over two locations (Hamburg and Bocholt/Hamminkeln). You are responsible for clear responsibilities and reliable cooperation. You advise and advise customers in customs and excise matters. You are responsible for the application, administration and monitoring of customs authorisations. You are the first to obtain monthly reports and statistics for customs authorities and internal statistics Purposes. You act as a link between customers, service providers and customs authorities as well as your team. You coordinate administrative and commercial processes and ensure correct and transparent documentation. You analyze processes and results, identify potential improvements and implement optimizations together with your team. You support in case of clarification and special processes and take responsibility for structured solutions. You have successfully completed commercial training. You will bring relevant experience and knowledge in the field of customs and foreign affairs. You ideally have practical knowledge in the field of excise tax processing (EMCS, management of a excise warehouse). You have the pleasure of designing change management processes for the further development of the organization and the teams, and bringing leadership skills. You can deal with the current MS Office applications and are ready to continue your training in customs and foreign affairs. You are characterized by very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You're ready to travel.
