You enter customers from the Mittelfranken area and work from our office in Wendelstein near Nuremberg. Consulting customers in strategic asset building through real estate Analysis of customer targets, e.g. returns, asset building and security Presentation of suitable properties Support of customers to the notary appointment Care and development of existing customer relationships Establishing your own customer base and active network care Extraction of new customers through independent sales activities Documentation and structured operation in the system Why this task is particularly interesting The distribution of investment real estate differs significantly from the classic real estate sale: you work with customers who think in the long term and accompany sound decisions instead of short-term purchases.
