Engineer for the topics of prevention-related digital tools for entrepreneurs in the service portal of BG ETEM, data protection (m/f/d)

You run projects and coordinate the development of new IT instruments in cooperation with internal departments, IT service providers and external partners within the SIGUV community. You develop, implement and create concepts for digital work protection tools in the BG ETEM service portal. You support the programming, optimization and support of the associated Python-based portal modules. You translate technical prevention requirements into user-friendly digital solutions (e.g. risk assessment, instruction, operating instructions). You conduct and maintain the directory of order processing according to Art. 30 GDPR and coordinate the coordination with internal bodies and our data protection officers in the BG ETEM. You ensure the professional quality and practical suitability of the digital tools provided. You observe the trends in digitalization, AI and e-government, evaluate their application possibilities in the context of prevention and translate them into concrete projects. You contribute to the implementation of cross-border strategies and initiatives of the BG ETEM (e.g. the German Work Protection Strategy, DGUV's digitalization offensive). You create IT specialist concepts, policy templates and presentations for bodies, social partners and management levels.

Completed academic studies (e.g. computer science / economic informatics, engineering or comparable). Multiannual experience in occupational and health protection or in the development of digital specialist applications, ideally combined both. Knowledge of entrepreneurship obligations in occupational safety and their practical implementation in firms. Experience in the design and control of digital projects (including cooperation with IT service providers and internal departments). Basic knowledge of data protection law or the willingness to acquire it in the short term Good knowledge of MS-Office standard software, very good knowledge of German language. Good personal appearance, high readiness, self-initiative, team - and possibility of conflict. Conceptual and strategic organizational capability, decision-making and enforcement capability, reliability and sense of responsibility. Driving license class B. readiness to partly also multi-day missions.
