Account Manager (m/w/d)

As part of our team, you are responsible for the design, control and continuous development of our processes in the central authorization management. You develop optimization strategies for the rule-based authorization assignment throughout the entire life cycle of our employees and are responsible for its implementation. You plan and control all activities in the context of onboarding new applications to our central authorization management. Between the departments and IT departments, you act as an interface for all requirements in authorization management. The conception of recertification campaigns as well as ensuring the functional separation requirements is part of your task. You make sure that the regulatory requirements are met in our authorization processes, in particular in the context of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act). In addition, you take responsibility in cross-departmental projects and in supervisory examinations.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification – alternatively you bring an IT training and relevant professional experience in IT consulting. Multiannual well-founded and practical experience in authorization management as well as in the design and implementation of processes in IAM systems – preferably SailpointIIQ. Ideally, you will bring experience in onboarding new applications to an IAM system and in building test scenarios. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) or comparable regulations, in the insurance or banking environment are advantageous. It is one of your strengths to critically question and actively develop processes. A strong analytical and strategic thinking capability allows you to quickly capture, evaluate and solve complex relationships in a targeted manner. With your communication strength and conflicting ability, you can integrate different stakeholders and actively promote joint solutions.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.

Flexibility: In addition to our home office, you can work up to ten more days on the mobile side within Germany or in the EU. We thus promote the compatibility of your professional and private goals.

Continuing training: Your personal and professional development is especially important to us. This is why we offer you tailor-made internal and external training opportunities.

Health: Your well-being is important to us. We support you with social consulting and diverse health services – including business sports and a subsidized EGYM Wellpass membership – so that you remain physically and mentally fit.

Onboarding: A structured onboarding and cross-departmental networking make sure you feel good from the start.

Events: We place great emphasis on a good operating climate. For this reason, corporate events are firmly planned with us, such as the annual cross-departmental carnival festival at the Münster site.

Insurance: As an employee, you benefit from special rates and conditions for employees in the insurance industry.

Sabbatical: Use the possibility of a Sabbatical to allow you to spend time on personal projects or travels and to recharge your energy.

Operating restaurant: Our excellent operating restaurant with highly subsidized prices ensures your strengthening.

Mobility: We support your mobility with a grant to the job or Germany ticket and also offer a bike leasing.

You want to get a more accurate picture of your future job? As part of your application process, you have the opportunity to visit your workplace. You can hear more about LVM as an employer in our podcast “Safe – The career podcast of LVM”.

The LVM recognises diversity in all its complexity and promotes a working environment characterised by respect, openness and equal opportunities. Social inscriptions in relation to gender, age, origin, religion, worldview, sexual orientation, identity or disability lead to different access opportunities and life realities, thus creating structural inequality. The LVM is actively working to ensure a work environment that is critical of racism and is sensitive to discrimination. Applications of people who carry these values are expressly desired.

If you are still unsure of all this due to our requirement descriptions: if you still burn for the described task and feel like working on the topics and challenges, please do not hesitate to contact us!
