Your tasks:

• coordination and monitoring of work and compliance with the agreed scope of performance by post-contractors
• Ensure the implementation of technical and contractual requirements
• Monitoring the progress of construction and time management
• Introduction of measures for delays (measures/acceleration)
• Control and monitoring of project costs under the budget
• Recognize opportunities and risks, follow-up management support
• Creation and tracking of as-built documentation (red entry)
• Responsibility for compliance with HSE regulations and their documentation (contractual/land specific), cooperation with HSE managers
• Construction and maintenance of a positive customer relationship

Your qualification:

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) required in civil engineering
• Experience in turnkey construction (Turn Key/EPC), desirable: knowledge in HGÜ and/or FACTS
• Technical understanding and comprehensive plant knowledge
• Experience as HSE or safety and health coordinator of advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Other foreign language skills welcome
• Flexibility for international and long-term applications at construction sites
