Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for a scientific assistant in the Department for Research and Teaching in Care (Head: Prof. Dr. Katrin Balzer) at the Institute for Social Medicine and Epidemiology of the University of Lübeck (Institute Director: Prof. Dr. med. Alexander Katalinic), Campus Lübeck. The main tasks of the section for research and teaching in nursing are the implementation of research projects and the promotion of evidence-based actions in nursing practice. In the field of research, the GKV-Spitzenverband according to § 8 para. 3a SGB XI funded model projects PEPAplus (direction: Prof. Dr. Katharina Silies). The aim of this project is to evaluate the feasibility and possible effects of a primary care-related intervention programme in long-term stationary care. This includes the establishment of an extended nursing practice by specially qualified care professionals (PEPAs) with the aim of improving housing-relevant care results and reducing avoidable hospital instructions. The intervention programme is implemented in twelve care facilities in the area of Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg. The PEPAplus project is a place for a scientific employee/scientific staff with a Master's degree in Clinical Care, Advanced Nursing Practice (ANP) or a comparable subject. The position offers the opportunity to combine research and practice in an innovative model project and to actively shape the future of nursing practice in Germany based on science. You are part of the scientific team and responsible for the scientific development of the cross-device ANP role in stationary long-term care according to established framework models (especially PEPA framework) implementing evidence-based care the introduction of the PEPAplus roll profile and onboarding for qualified care professionals (Bachelor) in participating institutions, including through target agreement talks, practical instructions and regular (online) meetings planning, design and scientific evaluation of training and qualification offers for PEPAs as well as guidance in implementing training measures in care teams close cooperation with project partners from nursing practice and science to promote the exchange between research and practice and to develop innovative care concepts
