Your tasks Internal and external product-specific contact person in all quality-relevant questions Creation of documents for quality planning (APQP / RGA ) Implementation of customer sampling and participation in decreases (PPAP/PPF) Implementation of product analyses and preparation of detailed test reports Maintenance of series production with a focus on reducing customer complaints using quality techniques ( 8D) Detection, analysis and evaluation of the regression claims as well as malware analysis of field failures Further development of the MAFACT production system Implementation and cooperation in internal and external audits (e.g. according to VDA 6.5, VDA 6.3) Collection, evaluation and maintenance of quality data and documents Participation in change management Training and quality assurance training

Your preferred qualifications Successfully completed technical training with several years of professional experience in quality assurance or quality management, ideally in the automotive sector Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP / RGA , FMEA , MSA , PPAP / PPF , SPC , 8D etc.) Ability to structured problem analysis and systematic solution finding (e.g. 5Why method, Ishikawa diagram, etc.) Outstanding audit knowledge Very good MS Office knowledge Knowledge of SAP and Babtec Solution-oriented and flexible personality with team spirit High sense of responsibility and enforcement Safe appearance and communication skills in German and English
