Customer Success Consultant for Key Accounts (m/f/d)

Become part of our team at the Düsseldorf site and take care of our customers. You work in the Recruiting Service department and make sure that our customers are fully serviced and help to make them even more successful in e-recognition. Together with our Account Managers, you support corporate customers to successfully achieve their recruiting goals and achieve maximum added value from our solutions. You analyze the individual recruiting challenges of our customers: understand their requirements and advise them on suitable products, services and optimization options. Using data-based dashboards and relevant performance indicators, you continuously analyze the development of our customer campaigns, identify optimization potentials and guide concrete action recommendations. You are proactively identifying ways to sustainably improve usage, performance and customer success and thus directly support the long-term development of our customer relationships. You recognize unused potentials within existing customer structures at an early stage and contribute to sustainably strengthening customer loyalty and commercial success through your advice. Customer feedback, performance data and market observations can be used actively to provide impulses for better customer experiences as well as the further development of our services and solutions.

Successfully completed studies (e.g. economics, social sciences, marketing, project management, personnel) desirable; as an alternative to a contracted commercial training (e.g. in dialogue marketing, office man / office man, industrial man / industrial man or the like) Experience in customer service or online marketing, ideally in a HR-close or consulting environment Good technical understanding in performance marketing desirable Impressed customer orientation and enthusiasm Very good MS Office knowledge (Power Point, Excel, Word)
