To strengthen our team, we are looking for talents as well as experienced specialists who work on a future-oriented and independent basis. For our location in Unterschleißheim we are looking for one Senior Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

They are independent contact persons in all legal issues with a focus on corporate law and banking law. The Bank's bodies, as well as the subsidiaries and financial holding companies (possibly with the addition and coordination of external legal advisers) will advise you on corporate law issues and corporate governance issues. From a legal point of view, they prepare committee meetings, including general meeting, and are in the interface between the institutions of the bank and the Board of Management Secretariat. In addition, you can legally support the adaptation and further development of existing processes and structures and related documentation using new technologies. They examine general contracts of the bank and advise on bank questions.

They are full lawyers with at least satisfying State Examina and are already working in the financial industry, a publicly listed company or in a large-scale law firm. In addition, you have experience in corporate law and capital market law and are interested in economic relationships. In the contract design and in contract negotiations, you act safely. They like to work in the team and would describe themselves as strong communication. We require reliable knowledge of German and English.
