Technical Documentation Officer (m/f/d)

While SVO Vertrieb GmbH supplies customers with modern products for electricity, heat, water and the Internet, SVO Access GmbH is driving the glass fiber expansion strongly in the region around Celle. The network operator Celle-Uelzen Netz GmbH, which also belongs to the group of companies, ensures the operation of all networks. With a total of around 380 jobs, the SVO Group’s companies are among the largest employers in the Celle and Uelzen region, and also form 30 young adults in the commercial and technical fields. We provide our customers in the Celle and Uelzen districts, in the city of Celle and in parts of the Heidekreis and Gifhorn districts reliably and 24 hours a day. At the next time, we are looking for support as a speaker (m/w/d) technical documentation.

• Analyze and develop processes in technical documentation as well as adjacent interfaces • Identify potential for improvement and develop practical solutions such as defining, documenting and introducing optimized processes in coordination with internal disciplines • Support in structuring documentation tasks • clarification of technical problems and the development of viable, implementable solutions • Perform an active interface function and professional representation of the team to internal and external partners • Taxes and coordination of external service providers in terms of quality, completeness, performance and timeliness • Organizing and conducting quality controls on internal and external documentation services • Building and further development of quality reporting • Support for special topics and transnational tasks

• Complete industrial or technical studies or comparable qualifications with well-founded professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work • Multiannual experience in technical documentation, process management or a comparable environment, ideally in the energy or supply industry • Embossed understanding of complex processes and interfaces as well as ability to analyze, evaluate and develop practical solutions • Self-employed, structured, analytical, responsible and targeted working methods with high quality standards as well as high problem-solving competence and implementation strength • Safe appearance and pronounced communication and coordination skills • Very good German knowledge
