Acquisition and support of demanding institutional and private real estate investors in Germany with a focus on long-term, strong customer relationships Own-responsible analysis, structuring and negotiation of large-volume as well as complex real estate financing, including comprehensive advice from important customers: Establishment and maintenance of resilient networks to internal and external decision-makers and positioning the bank as a reliable financing partner Development and implementation of risk- and yield-optimizing strategies for supervised engagements and negotiation of challenging contractual structures Participation in the creation of credit templates, perception of granted credit competencies and close cooperation with market successes, risk management and other disciplines Identification and exhaustion of cross-selling potentials, in particular in interest and currency management, as well as central contact person for complex customer support issues Observation and analysis of relevant market, competition and portfolio trends to secure and increase business and earnings potential as well as control of key bank-relevant KPIs

Completed studies or comparable training with further qualification as well as many years of professional experience in commercial real estate financing Multiannual well-founded experience in the acquisition, care and consulting of demanding real estate investors as well as resilient network in the national or regional real estate market Proven expertise in the analysis, structuring and negotiation of large-volume, complex real estate financing including safe handling of credit templates, credit decisions and contract structures Extensive understanding of risk, yield and portfolio management as well as ability to further develop engagements strategically and use cross-selling potentials in a targeted manner High market and customer orientation, strong negotiation security and sovereign appearance towards customers, financing partners and internal decision-makers Proven experience in professional leadership, mentoring of colleagues and in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams Engaged, self-initiatively acting personality with high readiness for use and rapid understanding as well as very good communication skills in German and English
