In cooperation with public and private partners, we are responsible for the planning and construction of large rail infrastructure projects in the Rhine-Main region and thus make an important contribution to the transport transition. We combine the strengths of a long-term expertise with forward-looking concepts in project processing. The project is funded by the Federal Government and the Land of Hesse. After a targeted incorporation, you take over the management of the department of funding management. In this function, you are responsible for ensuring the financing of construction and construction costs on time. You control all financing processes from the submission of applications to amendments to the final proof of use and manage the central interface between technical and commercial project management as well as internal and external stakeholders. Another focus of your activity is to ensure the proper, timely and budget-oriented use of the funds. To do this, perform regular target-actual comparisons, analyze deviations and develop appropriate countercontrol measures. In addition, you contribute to the coordination and control of project costs, create project-specific evaluations, reports and opinions for internal bodies as well as external institutions, such as authorities. Your ability to securely combine financial, legal and organizational requirements is crucial for your success.
