You take the systematic information acquisition, evaluation and analysis as well as the address-oriented preparation for the targeted management of sales. You will start regular reports and take over the monitoring of key figures. As a business partner, you work with sales and management of the various sales units and the interfaces in the company. You carry out deviation analyses for sales performance, including their commentary. You will also participate in the creation of the sales budgets, forecasts and pricing. The creation of ad hoc analyses as well as corresponding reports is also one of your tasks. You are responsible for the independent development, design, control and implementation of projects. You also conduct market, customer and competitive analyses in defined core markets to derive growth and optimization potentials in the sales organisations. You analyze and continuously develop the sales processes to increase their effectiveness and efficiency.

You have a completed business studies, preferably with the focus on controlling, or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in Controlling. Communication strength as well as team skills and a high degree of self-initiative are among your strengths. You work structured, target-oriented and result-oriented, possess enforcement capability, and distinct analytical and conceptual skills. You bring sound knowledge in the field of SAP or SAP S/4HANA, MS Office, Analytical Tools / AI, CRM and have a high IT affinity. English language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
