Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Development, documentation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Analysis of process data, identification of potential for improvement and implementation of sustainable measures to increase productivity. Technical accompaniment of the industrialization of new engine generations and components – from the prototype phase to series maturity. Assessment and implementation of new manufacturing and automation technologies. Selection, procurement and qualification of production facilities, tools and devices in coordination with internal departments and suppliers. Support for commissioning, acceptance and process releases. Working in interdisciplinary project teams to optimize quality, cost and delivery performance. Own-sponsored management of smaller improvement or investment projects. Technical support and training of production staff in new processes, processes and standards.

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics or comparable technical qualification. First professional experience in mechanical manufacturing, ideally in the environment of electric motors, drive systems or precision parts. Good knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as assembly, machining, automation and process measurement. Safe handling of CAD/CAM systems, MES/ERP systems and MS Office. Analytical, structured and process-oriented thinking as well as a hands-on mentality. Impressed team and communication skills, initiative and high commitment. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
