Process Excellence Manager (two-year fixed-term position) (m/f/d)

Supporting experts across the Group to improve their processes Assessment of existing business processes and identification of opportunities for improvement, including redesign, simplification, digitization and automation Support in the implementation of improvements, especially with the help of our process digitization platform, the creation of workflow diagrams in BPMN and the design of user interfaces using our low-code interface builder Promoting compliance with the “Process Excellence” lean management methodology, governance standards and best practices across all projects and stakeholders Support in data analysis for deriving KPIs for monitoring the transformation progress Support for change management and take over the role of internal ambassadors for PEX methods and platforms

Successfully completed university degree in business, economics, natural sciences, engineering or similar disciplines. High motivation to understand business processes in detail and continuously learn new skills and technologies Embossed communication and stakeholder management skills to advance cooperation between business and technical teams Analytical thinkability with the ability to evaluate business processes and propose innovative, value-oriented solutions Knowledge in Business Process Modeling (BPMN), Continuous Improvement and Principles of Process Reengineering are beneficial First experiences with any form of software development are advantageous Very good English and German or French knowledge. Further language skills are welcome
