With the help of correspondence with our sales and the freight forwarders Creation of customs documents for EU and Swiss transport Creation of transport documents (letters, loading lists, shipping documents) Support of the shipping line in transport planning and coordination of arrival times Timely averaging of outgoing shipments to our customers Acceptance, testing and processing of complaints Acceptance of shipping orders and verification of availability and capacities Handling of transport in local, remote and international transport Collection, evaluation and forwarding of forwarding offers Summary of individual consignments to collection charges

You already have experience in customs, ideally focusing on EU and Switzerland transport You are safe in handling common computer systems (identities in oxaion are a plus, but no requirement) You work structured and keep an overview in stressful situations You are a team player and look forward to working in a small, playful team
