Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

You initiate, plan, coordinate, tax, monitor and complete the project in the field of technical product development, realization and delivery. You operationalize the project goals and make them understandable and implementable for the entire project team. You’ll ensure that all processes run efficiently. You organize the personnel processes according to the PDCA model (Plan‐Do‐Check-Act). You ensure consistent application and compliance with processes, methods and tools. For a structured knowledge transfer within the team. You are in charge of the subordinate organization and you are leading the employees. You conduct negotiations with customers, suppliers, third parties and contracting authorities, taking into account the relevant contractual contents.

You have a completed master's degree in mechanical engineering or shipbuilding, bringing the necessary technical basis. You bring more than 5 years of professional experience in the field of marine technologies and know the main systems of a submarine as well as their mutual relationships very well. You have deep expertise on all cross-average requirements e.g. energy supply, navigation and communication of submarines. You have the IPMA level B or an equivalent qualification and have already successfully worked with contractors and navals. You can be used flexibly, work customer-oriented and have pronounced communication skills both internally and externally. You stand up safely, take responsibility, show high commitment, self-employment, enforcement and conviction. You are an interdisciplinary team player, speak fluent German and English and master MS-Office safely.
