In this position you work closely with our talent Acquisition Team. Your Daily Doing is the direct address of our future talents in close coordination with our talent Acquisition Managers (m/w/d) that you actively support in our Active Sourcing projects. You also have the opportunity to reinterpret in various disciplines of talent management: Implementation and development of direct address via LinkedIn and other channels Maintenance of Controlling Lists Processing of applicant requests and applicant travel costs Care of our applicant management tool and the associated applicant management Participation in university fairs and student events and local support Support in creating presentations Research Tasks for our diverse projects in recruiting and employer branding

At least 3rd semester of Bachelor's degree in Economics, Humanities or Social Sciences with a focus on personnel, marketing, communication, etc. First practice experience in Active Sourcing / Talent Acquisition required Embossed communication and team skills as well as a structured, independent and careful operation German language skills and secure handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
