You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of our Competence Center IAM You develop the strategic and operational orientation of our IAM products and services You identify with the IAM theme complex and represent it to your customers and stakeholders You are responsible for the optimal integration of your expertise in our strategic projects For a continuous development of the IAM area as a central service provider in our international group You strengthen your team, promote individual strengths and develop skills for future challenges

You have a degree in Business Informatics/Informatics or an otherwise well-founded qualification You bring profound experience in identity and access management You are passionate about leadership, have already experienced and are motivated to develop your sense of responsibility and a structured way of working for yourself. You lead your team with clear goals and heart & mind You have very good communication skills and can identify and resolve conflicts Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
