Executive Support: provide holistic and proactive support to the CMO of HDI Global SE in both strategic activities and daily operational tasks Strategic Analysis: prepare in-depth analyses and presentations on strategic topics to support top-level decision-making Project Leadership: independently manage and lead (sub-) projects, search as Global Management Meetings, OKR planning, cultural transformation and strategic initiatives Stakeholder engagement: act as a central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. board members, direct reports, partners, regulatorys) Strategic Management: support the implementation of the corporate strategy in close cooperation with the CMO and the management team in our headquarters and local across the globe

Successfully completed university degree (B. Sc. and M. Sc. or similar) or comparable professional experience; advanced or further specialization (e.g., MBA, PhD) are a plus Experience in corporate development, consulting, or the insurance industry - preferably within the commercial segment – is highly desirable; M&A experience is an added advantage Leadership potential and the desire to take on leadership roles in the future Excellent analytical, concept, and solution-oriented skills Proactive, result-driven team player with an open, adaptable mindset and strong stakeholder management ability Business fluent English (C2); English and other languages are an advantage We know that nobody is perfect and not all career paths are not.
