You start as a generalist:in or future:r specialist:in a pioneering topic with us. Your interests include: sales strategies, digital damage management, customer experience management, process automation or core insurance processes. Based on market trends, platform economy, omnichannel, data ocean and agility, you are driving forward the transformation of the insurance industry with our team. You work with the latest technologies, work with them, and as a junior consultant you are a defining member of our project teams. You will learn from experienced consultants: knowing the consulting business from scratch. On-Top you gradually take on additional responsibility and develop your professional know-how early. Together with us, you accelerate the digital transformation and bring insurance companies to success.

You have a (in short) successfully completed study of economics, business informatics, economic mathematics, insurance, banking, or a comparable degree programme. You are looking for advice at the interface between specialist and IT in the insurance and financial services world. You bring enthusiasm for the transformation of a data-driven and innovation-driven industry. Analytical conceptual as well as hands-on capabilities for complex issues are your strengths. Communication skills and empathy characterize you. Work with modern methods (including design thinking). You don't control them yet in perfection? No problem!
