Support of project managers in day-to-day business, including preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops Regular exchange and coordination with national and international Rheinmetall sites Organisation and coordination of business trips, site visits, workshops, events General administrative support and cross-departmental coordination Installation of order requirements in SAP for external services and materials as well as tracking of procurement processes in close coordination with purchasing Support in budget tracking and coordination with project controlling as well as creation and maintenance of project plans and charters

Successfully completed commercial/technical or comparable vocational training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the industrial environment Experience in project-related activities, e.g. in project management support Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project) desirable Experience in handling SAP, especially in the field of ordering processes, is advantageous Impressed communication skills and joy in sharing with internal and external stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional missions
