In our Bocholt diacony station, you connect the outpatient, driving service with life in the Bültenhaus, a housing community for 9 residents and twelve homes equipped for seniors. You are not in the background, you are active in taxing the supply and developing a service that is professionally strong, economically viable and well organised for people. Control service and economically responsible: You plan and control utilisation and tours independently, plan service and deployment planning and use key figures to set up the service economically stable and efficient Actively promote acquisition and consulting: You win new clients, conduct consulting talks, first take-ups, and make sure that there are sustainable and appropriate supplies from inquiries. Care quality consistently secure: You are responsible for the entire care process, perform nursing visas, check the documentation and ensure that professional and legal standards are reliably adhered to in everyday life Sovereignly control audits: You prepare quality audits and audits in a structured manner, accompany them safely and thereby guide concrete measures to further develop quality in a sustainable manner Team leadership and collaboration: You make your team clear and reliable, plan your staff, talk and create a structure that takes responsibility and works in everyday life

Life and responsibility: You have a completed training as a nurse, e.g. as an elderly caregiver, health caregiver or nursing caregiver.
