The LBS NordOst is the savings bank of the savings banks in the federal states of Brandenburg, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein. As a land saving fund, we have the goal of fulfilling our customers the dream of their own four walls. Our more than 700 colleagues in the indoor and outdoor services work closely with the savings banks on site at the three locations of Potsdam, Hamburg and Kiel and provide comprehensive and understandable advice on building, living and financing. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Your responsibility:

Support and processing of loans with current information on risks and/or performance disorders, in compliance with legal regulations and regulatory requirements, up to the termination of credit commitments Conducting customer discussions and/or discussions with other stakeholders to coordinate risk mitigation measures Provision of operational risk provision by processing individual value adjustments/depreciation Ensure the annual review of problem loans Processing of debt settlement procedures / consumer insolvency Responsibility and resolution of technical questions of external and internal customers within the scope of the task
