You support the Application Lifecycle Management for SAP HCM applications in the modules PA, PY, PT, OM and P&F. You develop programs and interfaces to adjacent systems You drive the modernisation of SAP applications in digitalization and automation projects You adapt application and module configurations (Customizing) You can help our customers with technical questions and process optimizations You work closely with internal and external stakeholders You continuously provide documentation such as management manuals, security concepts as well as release and quality gateway processes

You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM development, especially in PA, PY and PT You have deep programming knowledge in ABAP, ABAP OO and experience with modern interface technologies. You are familiar with ESS and MSS applications under SAP FIORI You draw your attention through team spirit, initiative and joy in transferring complex requirements into clever solutions. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
