For our modern logistics center in Ludwigsfelde 14974, we are looking for a dedicated management personality with technical understanding, organizational strength and passion for excellent customer service.

In this responsible position, you take over the operational control of our workshop area and, together with our team for efficient processes, a high service quality and a modern workshop organization.

Operational management and organisation of the workshop Leadership, motivation and further development of the workshop team Ensuring efficient workflows and optimal utilization Quality control and compliance with internal standards Close cooperation with service consulting, parts warehouse and management Development of internal processes and workshop structures Responsibility for productivity, timing and customer satisfaction Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety and environmental legislation

Successfully completed training on the motor vehicle master Multiannual professional experience in the workshop or service environment Detectable management experience in the workshop or service area Organizational strength and entrepreneurial thinking Safe and professional appearance combined with a clear, value-adding communication Own-sponsored and structured operation Benefit from German language skills and English language skills
