Do you want to take responsibility for a legal team while also shaping exciting mobility and digitization projects? Then take over the management of our legal consulting team with five lawyers and actively shape the legal orientation of the NVBW.

Your main tasks:

Leadership and further development of a team of five lawyers and two commercial employees Strategic and operational advice of the departments on legal issues Responsibility for complex procurement and contract projects at national and European level Ensuring a legally secure implementation of mobility and digitization projects Further development of legal standards and internal processes Close cooperation with management, management and the Ministry of Transport

Full jury: in with the completion of both state examina, of which at least one with the note ‘satisfied’ Multiannual professional experience, ideally in contract, award or public economic law. Knowledge in the mobility sector is advantageous A lawyer registration is desired Ideal experience in personnel management Good expressiveness, safer and routined handling Certain, reliable and time-infocussed operation
