As a helper metal (m/w/d) in Wilhelmsburg, you pack up where metal parts are prepared, processed and made fit for the next steps. In the 3-shift work, you will work together with the team to ensure that the process runs clean and reliable.

• You support simple workpieces in metal machining and metal base machining.
• Grinding, bending and drilling are part of your everyday life so that parts get the desired shape and quality.
• Material and components are ready for the next production steps and keep the workstation neat.
• In 3-shift operation, you work closely with your team and perform clear, practical tasks.
• In visual inspections, you look for clean results and report incidents directly.
• You can reliably get involved when it comes to quickly and structuredly supporting processes in production.

We are looking for

For this place you fit well if you like to work practically, pack and feel comfortable in a metalworking environment. Experience is not absolutely necessary, important are reliability, readiness to learn and a careful working style.

• Interest in metalworking and metal-related activities such as grinding, bending and drilling.
• First experience in basic metal processing or production is helpful, but no need.
• Ready to work in the 3-layer system.
• Careful, reliable and team-oriented working.
• Physical loadability and pleasure in practical work in the ongoing production environment.
