Number: MER000442T Our department (MO/SRB) is responsible for start-up and change management at the Bremen plant. We are responsible for the control of pre-series vehicles in the context of new approaches, MOPFs and change years. This includes the creation and coordination of start-up scenarios as well as the control of the necessary pre-series vehicles from the order to delivery to our internal customers. These challenges include: Cooperation in the project management of the start-ups of all series incl. Years of change and model care

Active participation in ongoing start-up and product projects within the production network

Support in the planning, control and tracking of project milestones

Participation in the continuous optimization of work and information processes in project and start-up control

Support of a Product Owner in the further development of a company-wide application in the production environment

Participation in the structuring and care of the Product Backlog (e.g. requirements, user stories, prioritizations)

Support in the coordination of technical requirements with different, including international and cross-work stakeholders

The activity can begin from August 2026.

Studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, BWL or a comparable degree programme

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Interest in project management, production processes and digital solutions

First knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) desirable

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working
