Application Manager - ECM - Tempted (m/f/d)

Our ECM team sees itself as a central interface between legal departments and the technical implementation in the company. We actively drive the digitization of corresponding business processes and develop innovative solutions in the enterprise content management system. Your tasks include: You are the link between the technical possibilities of the ECM system and the specific requirements of the specialist departments and take over a central role in translators between the specialist departments and IT and transform technical requirements into feasible technical concepts. You design and optimize specialist processes in the ECM system, in particular in legal fields such as contract management, legal entity management and tax and controlling. You maintain and develop the ECM systems, including customizing, authorization management, monitoring, release management and incident management. In this case, you will identify useful applications of AI in the ECM and document management environment. You support specialist areas and group companies in the integration and use of ECM systems and create technical and functional concepts (e.g. process designs, use cases, role and authorization concepts). You advise stakeholders, from legal and adjacent fields, to all ECM topics. You carry out general and specialist training and are responsible for the operation and further development of ECM systems including customizing, permissions, monitoring, release and incident management. You support digitalization in areas such as corporate governance, legal, privacy, compliance and risk management.

You have completed university studies in business, IT, information management or comparable training and have several years of professional experience in the ECM environment. You can also bring: You have a well-founded experience in planning and managing projects, as well as a strong understanding of complex IT landscapes and ECM systems. You can ideally have first experience in Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Copilot, SAP Build Work Zone or comparable technologies. You are characterized by very good analytical and conceptual skills and a quick understanding of new topics. You have well-founded IT skills, especially in BPMN, basic SQL confession as well as safe handling of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and ideally power apps. You work independently, structured and prioritize tasks targeted, combined with a proactive mindset as an enabler. You convince by their pronounced communication strength, presentation security and their sovereign appearance towards internal and external stakeholders. You have very good knowledge of German (C2) and good knowledge of English (min. B2) in word and writing.
