You are contact:in our clients:inside and tenants:inside, if the following topics are concerned: Claim management: You coordinate and conduct dunning/collection processes as well as credit checks, clarify payment residues and escalate them as needed. You are in constant contact with tenants:inside, hired lawyers and are the first contact person:in for our clients:in the context of regular Jour-Fixen Reporting: You set up regular KPIs (life, rental income, operating costs, etc.), deviation analyses and reports for our clients:inside Rent increases: You check, prepare and implement rental increases according to legal requirements, communicate with tenants: inside and document the steps carried out in our SAP system Operating costs contradictions: You check out the outgoing operating costs according to plausibility and content, communicate with tenants:inside and answer incoming contradictions in time

You have a completed training as a real estate businessman:wife or comparable property-specific training You are ideally bringing forward experience in property management You have a well-founded knowledge of rental law, receivable management, reporting standards and legal knowledge about operating expenses You have very good organizational skills, work independently, are communication-intensive and solve problems competently You are very safe in dealing with MS Office (in particular you have very good Excel skills), have good German knowledge in word and writing and ideally have first knowledge in SAP
