You make sure that buildings, outdoors, roads and green spaces are maintained, safe and in good condition. You carry out smaller repair and maintenance work and recognize the need for action at an early stage. You serve, care and control work, garden and municipal equipment. You support winter services, disposal processes and occasional transportation and care journeys. You coordinate and accompany external service providers on our premises.

Craft skills and technical understanding Ideally a craftsmanship or technical training – alternative comparable practical experience (admission possible) Driving license class B; class BE is advantageous. Good knowledge of German, at least B2, for safety instructions and votes in the working day. An independent, reliable and responsible way of working.
