The Hotel Stadt Freiburg is a privately run 4-star hotel, close to the University Hospital and the Fair, with 170 rooms and suites. In addition to patients and members of the University Hospital, international guests include business travelers, trade fairs and conference guests, as well as bus travelers and other tourists.

The tasks: Processing of daily correspondences with guests via all channels (telephone, email, website etc.) Processing of all requests and reservations Check-in and check-out of guests Processing of guest complaints in consultation with the department management Creating the daily closing with Fidelio Suite 8 Start of employees and trainees at reception Administrative tasks Organisation and control of daily workflows
